I hope you have/will consider it. Your substack is excellent and we need strong writers who understand the historical context of these events to memorialize them in real time. Our kids/grandkids, etc. deserve access to unfiltered history to understand parallels between the economic desperation in America today and similar events in an economically desperate Germany, Czarist Russia, pre-Maoist China, and for that matter, pre-revolutionary France and the Robber Baron era in the U.S. I expect to see a series of surface-level throwaway books containing themes no deeper than what can be captured in a 5 minute “news” program.
